1. What do you bring to the party?

We bring the Glow Tent, neon lights, paint, brushes, protective gear, music, splatter supplies, and full setup + cleanup. You bring the food and the cake — we handle the mess and the fun! 💥

2. How much space do you need?

We need a 10x10 outdoor space and access to one outdoor electrical outlet.
A flat, clear area works best for safe installation of the Glow Tent.

3. Is the paint washable?

Yes!

• Canvas paint = washable with a little dish soap.

• Shirt paint = permanent on clothes.

We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy or using our gear.

4. What about the weather?

We can not set up in heavy rain, storms, or unsafe wind conditions.
If weather becomes a concern, we will communicate with you up to the last safe moment. If we cannot safely set up, you will be offered a free reschedule to the next available date.

5. What is your refund policy?

All deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule under approved circumstances.

6. What is your re-booking policy?

Re-booking is allowed only for:

• Unsafe weather

• An emergency on our end

Re-booking requests must be made within 30 days of your original event; some exclusions will apply!

7. How many people can participate?

Each package includes a set number of participants.
Anyone actively splattering paint counts as one participant.

Need extras?
Additional participants = $25 per person, if space and supplies allow.

8. How do I book a party?

Booking is easy!

1. Complete the Booking Request Form

2. I will reach out with any additional questions.

3. Pay your 50% deposit and complete Contract

4. You’re officially booked! 🎉(you will get email confirmation!)

5. Complete the Waiver Form before day of event

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and most major credit cards.

10. Do all participants need to sign a waiver?

Yes — every participant must have a signed waiver.
Parents must sign for minors.

11. Do you travel outside Carteret County?

Yes!
There is no travel fee for Carteret County.
Travel outside the county may require an additional fee depending on distance and time.

12. Is this safe for kids with sensory sensitivities?

Our tent uses:

• Bright neon lights

• Flashing effects

• Loud music

• High-energy movement

If a child has sensitivities that may be affected by these, participation is not recommended for their safety.

These extras can be turned off if you need a sensory safe space as well!

13. Can adults participate?

YES! Glow & Go is fun for all ages! The messier the better. 💖
