Booking Policy

• A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of signing the booking contract.
• Dates are not secured until both the contract and deposit are received.
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Re-booking Policy

Re-booking is allowed ONLY for:

• Unsafe weather (rain, storms, high wind)
• Emergencies on our end

Re-booking requests must be made within 30 days of your event; exclusions do apply.

If a weather-related cancellation occurs, you will be offered the next available date.

Weather Policy

Glow & Go cannot safely set up in:

• Heavy Rain
• Storm conditions
• Excessive wind
• Lightning
• Severe cold / heat if unsafe for participants * We can provide a small fan or a small heater if we have access to a second outlet *

We will make a final decision at the last safe moment and communicate with you immediately.

Payment Policy

• Deposit due within 24-48 hours
• Remaining balance due before setup begins
• Accepted payments: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, most major credit cards
• No checks accepted

Participant Safety Policy

• All participants must have a signed waiver
• Parents/guardians must sign for minors
• Anyone with medical, sensory, or neurological conditions that may be affected by flashing lights, loud music, or physical activity should not participate

* We can turn off the extras if you need a sensory safe space*

Paint Policy

• Canvas paint is washable with dish soap
• Shirt paint is permanent - will only be used for the shirts!
• Glow & Go is not responsible for damage to personal clothing, hair, skin, shoes, or outdoor property

Setup Requirements

Clients must provide:

• A minimum 10x10 outdoor space for basic set up and a 20x10 space for the two tent set up
• Access to one outdoor electrical outlet
• A clear, flat area free of obstructions

Host provides food/cake (optional). All glow/splatter supplies are provided by us *this will vary depending on what package you choose.

Travel Policy

• No travel fee inside Carteret County
• Outside county: additional travel fee determined by distance and time

Liability Policy

Glow & Go Paint Parties is not responsible for:

• Accidents caused by unsafe terrain, guest behavior, or disregard of rules
• Allergic reactions, paint exposure, or medical incidents
• Property damage caused by guests
• Damages outside the provided Glow Tent area

In a medical emergency, Glow & Go will call 911. We do not provide medical treatment.

Digital Contract Policy

All digital signatures submitted through Google Forms are legally binding.
Google Forms provides a permanent timestamped record, confirming your acceptance of all terms.
